  • Open edit mode and click on the paper clip in the editor to paste any file into your process description.
Can I print out a process description?

Yes! The date of printing is automatically added to your document so that you can verify that the document is up to date at a later date.

  • In any process description, click More actions at the top right and then select the “Print” option.
How do I ensure that my team is aware of important process changes?

In Q.wiki, you can request read receipts from your teammates.

  • To do this, enter all people who should read the new or changed process. Once approved, they are automatically prompted to read the content and confirm it. For more information, see the feature Reading receipts.
