General terms and conditions for consulting projects (from April 2024)

General project conditions

The project services are billed as a service based on actual time spent and invoiced at the end of the month of service provision with a payment term of 14 days. One person day (PT) corresponds to 8 working hours. Travel time is not calculated as working time.

In addition, travel expenses are calculated according to expenses. Travel allowance (from and to Aachen, Europaplatz): general rate 0.70 €/km; 140 €/night or 0.80 €/km; 170 €/night in Switzerland if hotel booking and billing are not made by the customer.

Cancellation conditions

In the event of cancellation of consultation appointments scheduled for more than three hours by the customer, the following rules apply:

• If you cancel less than three working days before the scheduled date, 50 percent of the agreed fee will be charged.
• Expenses already incurred at the time of cancellation (e.g. travel expenses) will be charged in full.
