Experience has shown that the introduction of a new business platform on this scale is very tough in many companies. Because there are usually pages of training material for which even our old management system would have been far too complex. It was a lot too complicated, to find the right process, follow and, if necessary, update.

Our goal was to bundle all relevant information in a clear and structured way at a central location. In doing so, we wanted to lay the foundation for a successful introduction of the new systems.
When deciding on a new management tool, we focussed on the upcoming switch to a new ERP platform. This meant that we were faced with a very extensive project that was accompanied by many uncertainties and questions from the entire team.
From Q.wiki, we promised that it would both make the transition to the new ERP system and the entire working day easier and at the same time make it more economical. And that is because all necessary training materials and instructions are stored centrally in the management system for the new software. Each team member can easily access them as needed or even supplement and improve them independently. We also found it practical to be able to link the appropriate SAP screen directly in the respective process step or even to add a video guide.
You might think introducing two new systems at once, creating more chaos than necessary. But exactly the opposite was the case! Q.wiki supported both the switch to SAP and the accompanying change process in the best possible way and simplifies our work with the extensive SAP processes on a daily basis. The best proof of this is the SAP Innovation Award and the Quality Award, which we won in 2022.
